Winter Crazy Land

The view from our front door.
You wouldn't think from this picture that we shoveled three times yesterday!
Christian going to school on Tuesday! Kids are so cute bundled up.
Half our back fence.
The view from our back window.

Within 24 hours we've receive more than twenty-two inches of snow and the snow will continue to fall through 4pm tonight. School has been canceled and we are enjoying staying home. Jesh works from home so he doesn't get the day off. Bummer! The weather man says we will be getting snow again Sunday through Tuesday. And the temperature will stay below freezing until the end of the year. Some days we will dip below zero again. I'm ready for summer, anyone else?

Isn't it GREAT!! I love it except that even our quad runners can't plow us out right now!! Brad's outside with a shovel and we have a friend with a BIG truck and plow to help us get out! Normally it is easy to keep up but since most of the snow came over night it made it really hard to keep up!!Once he comes then we can keep up with it! The kids are having such a great time though! You can hardly see them or the dog out there!!

That is some CRAAAZY snow!!!! Seriously, I don't know if I have ever seen it like that. Enjoy the beauty of it. The weather all over the place seems to be crazy right now. Try to stay warm and drink lots of hot cocoa :)

So Crazy, I just hope it stops in time for us to fly in. You are welcome to come to florida anytime to visit. It is nice and warm here... in the 70's today.. It is supposed to be 85 tomorrow. The only sad thing is it absolutely does not feel like christmas. And, I also just keep thinking how happy I am that I don't do a paper route still.. hehe.. We can't wait to be home for a little bit even if we do freeze our butts off.

Holy freezing! We are in the 60s right now and I thought that was cold :) We are on the Big Island right now and we got snow up in Mauna Kea, crazy huh? Lots of it. So I sort of know what you are going through. Just kidding. Doesn't compare. Enjoy your white Christmas and New Year!
